Job Description: MBA/ CA having total experience of more than 5 years PD experience of more than 3 years in Delhi & NCR region. Product handled Personal Loan, Business Loan & Loan against property. Team handling. Local resident of Delhi & NCR. Initiate CIBIL, FI, DV, Legal, Technical Reports, Collection Feedback report and follow up with vendors to close on the same. Understanding of property related aspects like Legal Title & Market Value of the property.
Immediate joiners would be preferred Basic knowledge of Credit bureau check, property valuation, legal reports & documentation. Simplicity and Humility, Hard work and Detailed orientation, Integrity, Dramatic Growth, Industry awareness, Customer Focus, Team Work. Supervising and ensuring quick recovery of credit reports and proper maintenance of credit files to avoid any operational risks should be ready for local and out station travel.
